‘Girasol’ is a side project aimed at bringing order and optimization to the order management system of a vegan fast-food restaurant.

Since it is a fast-food establishment, payment will be made on the spot.
Orders and the status of tables—both available and occupied, including bar areas—will be prioritized.
Within the user flow, users can identify themselves as ‘Waiter’, ‘Floor Manager’, ‘Head Chef’, or ‘Reception’.
As an optional feature, stock levels can also be displayed.
More than 10 people from the hospitality sector were interviewed, and features such as ‘check-in’ and the current status of orders were among the most frequently chosen options.
‘Girasol’ aims to make the work of any restaurant employee easier, including ‘Floor Manager’, ‘Waiter’, ‘Head Chef’, and ‘Reception’.
