In October 2022, I was selected through a process/challenge to take part in a short workshop with Mendesaltaren in Coruña, Galicia. The location wasn’t random — one of Mendesaltaren’s main clients is Inditex, specifically Zara.
It was a two-week experience where we did group dynamics, learned about the company’s values (their Handbook is highly recommended), and got insight into their design know-how through practical examples and some pretty interesting anecdotes.
After that, we dove into the content. The two weeks were divided into several blocks, allowing us to grasp their approach to presenting ideas and gain the knowledge needed to face the next challenge.
